Acceptable Use Policy

Keeping DriftCore safe and reliable for everyone.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses the DriftCore platform. It exists to keep the Service safe, reliable and lawful for all customers.

You agree not to

  • •Access, tamper with, or test the security of the Service without authorisation.
  • •Attempt to bypass tenant isolation or access another organisation's data.
  • •Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
  • •Upload malware, or unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
  • •Store data you have no right to process.
  • •Resell or provide the Service to third parties without authorisation.
  • •Interfere with or place undue load on the infrastructure (e.g. scraping or automated abuse).

Your responsibilities

  • •Keep credentials confidential and use strong passwords.
  • •Assign roles on a least-privilege basis.
  • •Promptly remove access for departed personnel.
  • •Ensure you have the right to enter any personal data you upload.
  • •Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, in line with our Terms of Service.
